Engagements are among my favourite shoots for their casual intimacy. I first get to know the couple and their special relationship story to help me create photographs that reflect their feelings for one another and their dreams for the future. This session helps couples become comfortable in front of the camera before their big day in the spotlight. But at the engagement, couples can relax, be their everyday selves and have fun. Portrait sessions may also include friends, family, pets and your boudoir. 

As with a wedding shoot, engagement portrait sessions involve meeting in advance to discuss the location, schedule and aesthetic considerations including makeup and wardrobe.
